My name is Steve Loraus and I am happy to be here to meet all of your Real Estate needs.

I am an outgoing and energetic person who focuses on maintaining outstanding client relationships. I was born and raised in St. Louis Park, MN; so I’ve been a local boy from the start. I am a graduate of St. Louis Park Senior High School and the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities campus. I currently reside in west metro. When I’m not hard at work finding houses for people; I spend my time fishing, golfing, traveling, and researching real estate investments. I also enjoy spending time at my cabin on Gull Lake near Brainerd.

My interest in and passion for real estate clearly shows when working with both buyers and sellers. I truly enjoy knowing that I have helped my clients find exactly what they were looking for in their decision to become a home owner. With my background and experience as a mortgage analyst, I have the financial savvy to ensure that my clients are getting the best deal possible; as well as, the ability to work with my buyers to ensure they are receiving the best financing options for their specific needs.
